Dies war weder das erste noch das letzte Mal, dass Jan\u00e1\u010dek sich einem russischen Sujet zuwandte. Die Geschichte von einem unbedachten Versprechen des Zaren, der dadurch sein einziges Kind verliert, vollendete Jan\u00e1\u010dek in einer ersten Version am 10. Februar 1910. Die Handschrift umfasste drei S\u00e4tze. Das <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e4rchen<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wurde am 13. M\u00e4rz 1910 im Rahmen der VI. Sonatenstunde an der Br\u00fcnner Orgelschule aufgef\u00fchrt. Anschlie\u00dfend \u00e4nderte Jan\u00e1\u010dek das St\u00fcck so ab, dass es nunmehr aus vier Teilen bestand, und lie\u00df es so am 12. M\u00e4rz 1912 auff\u00fchren. Eine dritte Version erschien 1923 in gedruckter Form. Der Charakter der Komposition l\u00e4sst erkennen, dass Jan\u00e1\u010dek sie in Zeiten der Hoffnungslosigkeit und Vereinsamung schrieb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der junge Glasunow hatte die einzigartige Gelegenheit, im Jahr 1884 auf seiner Konzerttournee durch Europa mit dem ber\u00fchmten Franz Liszt zusammenzutreffen. Dieser war von Glasunow entz\u00fcckt und setzte sich sehr daf\u00fcr ein, dass dessen erste Symphonie in Weimar aufgef\u00fchrt wurde. Als Liszt zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter in Bayreuth verstarb, traf Glasunow diese Nachricht sehr tief. So schrieb er denn seine <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elegie f\u00fcr Violoncello und Klavier, op. 17<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mit dem Untertitel <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une Pens\u00e9e \u00e0 Fran\u00e7ois Liszt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gerade zum Andenken an dieses gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige musikalische Genie. Die Musik dieser Komposition verk\u00f6rpert Nostalgie, sch\u00f6ne Erinnerungen, aber auch Trauer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Komposition <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divertimento\/Suite f\u00fcr Violoncello-Solo <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">von Krzysztof Penderecki entstand in den Jahren 1994\u20132013. Sie besteht aus sechs kontrastierenden Abs\u00e4tzen, die \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von zwanzig Jahren geschrieben wurden. Penderecki wendet sich mit diesem Werk der neoromantischen \u00c4sthetik zu und nutzt die dunklen, lyrischen Tonlagen des Violoncellos mit unterschiedlichen F\u00e4rbungen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An der Wende zum 20.\u00a0Jahrhundert durchlebte Sergej Rachmaninow eine Phase tiefer Selbstzweifel, in die ihn der grandiose Misserfolg seiner <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Symphonie Nr. 1<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> im Jahr 1897 gest\u00fcrzt hatte. In den folgenden drei Jahren war der Komponist nahezu unf\u00e4hig, irgendetwas zu schreiben. Als er sich erneut dem Komponieren zuwandte, war eines seiner ersten Werke gerade die <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sonate f\u00fcr Violoncello und Klavier g-Moll<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die er im November 1901 vollendete. Zum Gl\u00fcck war Rachmaninow mit diesem Werk erfolgreich. Als er diese reizvolle Sonate schrieb, ahnte er wohl nicht, dass sie sein letztes Kammerwerk sein w\u00fcrde. Danach widmete er sich nur noch Kompositionen f\u00fcr Soloklavier sowie Orchester- und Chorwerken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ji\u0159\u00ed
